Final week of this 6 week series on Stress resilience! This week we look at how the practice of meeting our stress responses are in fact the very trailheads that life is putting in front of us to teach us the path of grace and surrender.
To not give up to life, but to give in to life.
To not deny life, but to be in a dance with life.
To both listen to life, and allow life to speak through us.
To choose to not fight life, but learn from life. In turn we start to flow with life.

In this weeks post I share a few practical exercises in how we can begin to be in curious and compassionate relationship to our inner system of parts, and stress response.
