Chronic stress is an underlying current we all face at some point in our life, and yet some individuals have found a way to transform their relationship to stress, coping with it in an empowering way.
In this weeks series my intention is to bring a fun visual representation and metaphor to the make up of the Learning and Thinking Mind. What originated as a miraculous evolutionary tool, can become clogged up in trying to keep up with our modern day environment.
Increasing our awareness about how our memories, Beliefs, and perceptions influence our imbalanced Stress response gives us back a sense of autonomy and choice in how we learn to be with our stress.
With time understanding our stress response in a way that supports us in balancing, healing, and transforming it into a source for meaning, and purpose.
Each unlayering of who we are not, exposes the truth and power of who we are.
