Stress is an underlying current we all face at some point in our life, and yet some individuals have found a way to transform their relationship to stress, coping with it in an empowering way.
In this weeks post I share a few visual diagrams and maps that can help us with trailheads to learned patterns of coping when in times of emotional discomfort.
With compassion and curiosity, we begin to deepen our self understanding of where we may have first learned these approaches, and whether they are still serving our most empowered and present moment adult selves.
The father of shadow work, Carl Jung wrote..
"What you deny subdues you. What you accept transforms you."
