Chronic stress is an underlying current we all face at some point in our life, and yet some individuals have found a way to transform their relationship to stress, coping with it in an empowering way.

 

In this weeks series I hope to shed light on what the experience is when our Stress response becomes over activated, or get's stuck in a chronic state.

 

Increasing our awareness gives us back a sense of autonomy and choice in how we learn to be with our stress. With time understanding our stress response in a way that supports us in balancing, healing, and transforming it into a source for meaning, and purpose.
